- 3-4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed.
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 6 quart slow cooker
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Put in slow cooker (greased with butter or oil).
- Add applesauce, brown sugar, and raisins.
- Stir together.
- Allow to cook for 6-8 hours on low, 4-6 on high.
